What we look for:

  • Support the Office Management team with administrative tasks such as organising events, meeting and business trips
  • Collaborate directly with the management
  • Support the human resources department
  • Help with the on- and offboarding process and preparing necessary documents
  • Place orders for internal requirements
  • Take care of incoming calls and communicate matters with the responsible colleague
  • Be responsible for small own projects
  • Support the accounting process
  • 6-12 months availability 

              What we require:

              • Preferred studies: Business Administrations, Economics or other relevant subject with excellent academic results
              • First experiences with office management with excellent track record
              • Fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
              • Strong communicative skills and very service-oriented way of working
              • Very strong organisational skills
              • Internet and technology affinity
              • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
