What we look for:

  • Development and establishment of technical project management, including all necessary processes for all IT and web development projects
  • Accompanying and steering interdisciplinary projects, as a moderator and technical project leader, both in the early stages of “requirements engineering” as well as in throughout project materialization (as scrum master)
  • Responsibility for staffing, project prioritization, and budgeting of web development projects
  • Strengthening the self-organization of the web development team, promoting its sense of responsibility and its focused working style, as well as backing and protecting the team against external disruptions
  • Promoting and directing continuous improvement through review / reflective processes and subsequent development of proposals for optimization
  • Structuring and reporting of key figures
  • Serving as an efficient and thorough point of communication between the team and product owner

                        What we require:

                        • Business, technical or IT-related apprenticeship, preferably with basic knowledge in the application development and operation of software
                        • Experience in (technical) project management
                        • Ideally 1-2 years of practical knowledge regarding the agile framework Scrum in software development, technical project experience, and leadership experience (scrum master, product owner or project manager / subproject leader)
                        • Openness, empathy, the ability to balance interests, as well as the ability to critique and self-reflect
                        • Team player, who is persuasive and maintains excellent communication and conflict management skills, with sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented attitude
                        • Fluent English and German skills
