OMMAX and Sunweb Group started cooperation in Q2/2019
OMMAX and Rotterdam-based Sunweb Group officially started their cooperation in Q2/2019. OMMAX supports Sunweb Group, a Triton portfolio company (since February 2019), with its expertise in the travel industry and in digital marketing and sales operations.
Sunweb is an online pure player for packaged holidays focusing on sun and winter sport destinations for customers in seven countries, achieving more than €600m in turnover, combining five powerhouse brands: Sunweb Sun, Sunweb Ski, Eliza was here, Primavera and GoGo. Recently, Triton and Sunweb Group made a great stir by acquiring Corendon Holiday Group including the main brand Corendon as well as the brands Karin’s Choice, Maris Life, Stip, and GOfun in June 2019. With this acquisition there is a new tour operating powerhouse in Europe established.
