Adriana M. Nuneva joined the management board of CWS International (cws.com) in December 2019 and is in charge of the company's digital transformation. She supports the current business with digital solutions and enhances growth into new business fields.
From November 2013 to November 2018 Adriana was VP Global Marketing and Communication at TE Connectivity, the market leader in connectivity and sensor solutions. There she build up the global marketing organization for the TE Industrial Business Unit. Her areas of responsibilities did include digital transformation and marketing, customer experience management, CRM & database analytics, integrated marketing, external & internal communications, industry & application marketing. In addition she was leading the company wide strategic initiative “Extraordinary Customer Experience” as well as the global customer care organization.
From 1998 to 2013 Adriana was Senior Vice President Global Marketing, Print Media Academy & Consulting for the globally leading manufacturer of printing systems Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG. There she was responsible for the global marketing strategy, brand management, segment strategy, marketing communications and corporate communications. In addition she was leading the global network of the print media academies for customer and employees, the customer demonstration centers (print media centers) and the consulting unit.
Before joining Heidelberg, Adriana was internationally working as a consultant for strategic marketing in different companies.
Adriana is specialized in Digital Transformation, Change Management, Strategic Marketing and Communications as well as in Intercultural Management.
