Anna-Carina Maerz has over 16 years of experience in the retail industry, with a strong focus on customer-centricity in the digital and omnichannel environment.
Anna-Carina spent over 7 years at MyTheresa, where her latest role as Head of Customer Experience saw her building and leading the international Customer Experience department, which had global responsibility for Customer Insights, Customer Transactional Communication, and Customer-Centric Project Management. In this role, she was also responsible for sustainability initiatives as well as a member of the company's Diversity and Inclusion Committee, with an advisory role on strategic initiatives. She also led the e-commerce department at the Betty Barclay Group for over 2 years, with responsibility for setting up the CRM department as well as the P&L of online shops, marketplaces, performance teams, and e-commerce operations.
