Gerd De Caluwe is CEO at Neckermann, a leading travel distribution organization with over 40 years of experience, providing holiday travel packages. He also supports businesses with digital transformation and business development at Convertura and acts as non-executive director at HUSWELL, a hospitality management company.

Prior to his position today, Gerd was the CEO of tourism company Thomas Cook Belgium, East, and Netherlands. He was also the CEO of the Sunweb Group, the largest direct tour operator (air and ski travel) in the Netherlands, and the largest tour operator for all-inclusive ski travels (accommodation & ski pass) in Europe.
