Prof. Dr. Gunnar Gombert

Prof. Dr. Gunnar Gombert is a real estate industry expert specializing in strategy consulting. He holds a professorship in Real Estate Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences and lectures on real estate markets at the Technical University of Munich.

With extensive industry experience, he was a Board Member and Head of Sales & Business Development Germany at JLL, managing their Munich branch. At Wealthcap (Unicredit), he served as Head of Investment & Asset Management and managing director of their fund companies. His career began at KSP Engel und Zimmermann Architects, with subsequent roles at PwC and KPMG.

Gunnar studied Architecture at the Technical University of Darmstadt, the National University of Singapore, and the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He holds an MBA from Steinbeis University Berlin and a doctorate from the Brandenburg University of Technology.
