Jens Bender

Jens Bender is an experienced entrepreneur and managing partner of WorkTech Advisory GmbH with a focus on the HRTech and WorkTech market. He supports investors and scale-ups as an advisor and advisory board member with his entrepreneurial experience and his network in go-to-market, product portfolio, and partner topics.

During his studies at WHU, Jens founded PeoplePath, which developed into the world's leading provider of alumni and talent relationship management solutions with clients such as SAP, Starbucks, KPMG, Bain, and Microsoft. Subsequently, as Managing Director, he headed the market and product-related activities of the Haufe Talent/Haufe-Umantis division, the leading provider of applicant management and employee administration solutions for medium-sized clients in DACH.

In addition to his consulting activities, he initiated the HR Angels Club as the largest HR & WorkTech-focused business angel network in Europe and coaches entrepreneurs and start-ups. He is also a regular author, speaker, panelist, and podcast guest in industry discussions.
