Born in 1972, Mirko is a sought-after expert and driving force, building on the network he has developed over decades in industry, civil society and politics. His goal is to turn cybersecurity from a problem into an opportunity.
At the federal level, he is an appointed expert and member of the strategic platform digital and industrial technologies in HORIZON Europe of the BMBF.
Mirko is an active member of the working group “Wirtschaftsschutz und Cybersicherheit” of the BDI.
At the European Cyber Security Agency ENISA, he was a member of the Expert Group on Internet Security of Things and today advises the EU Commission.
