BACKGROUND
Oliver Dahms is the owner, managing director and CEO at Dahms Solutions, a design manufacturer for tailored digitalization and robotics in logistics.
He is a senior operating, management executive, as well as entrepreneur with more than 20 years of national and international management experience for companies such as Bike24, EMP Merchandising GmbH, and CTJ Janssen GmbH. Oliver has a proven track record in developing start-ups, supporting growth strategies, and achieving turnaround in crisis management. He has been published in several big scientific outlets such as the Venture Capital Magazine.
Oliver also teaches at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (the faculty of Computer Science and Information Systems).
