Prof. Dr. Christina Kühnl is Professor of Marketing at the University of Stuttgart. Previously, she held positions at the ESB Business School, the University of Mannheim, and the Center for Global Innovation at USC Marshall School of Business, Los Angeles, CA.
Christina’s research interest span across the fields of strategic marketing in a digitized world. Her work focuses on the customer experience and its management; digital marketing and sales (e.g., social selling, social commerce); and product & innovation marketing. Her work has been published in several journals of the FT50 list. She has received recognition for her work from business (WirtschaftsWoche; Schaeffler Award), scholarship providers (Robert-Bosch-Foundation; Jackstädt-Foundation) and academia (Hunt/Maynard Award; Best Paper Awards at international conferences). She intensively cooperates with companies to help them improve their marketing performance.
