Prof. Dr. Martin Artz

BACKGROUND

Prof. Dr. Martin Artz is the Director of the Institute for Management Accounting and Control at the University of Münster and a member of the Adjunct Teaching Faculty at Mannheim Business School.

His research focuses on management control, strategy implementation, and business transformation, as well as scaling and valuation of fast-growing business models. His research contributions have been published in the most prestigious international journals worldwide.

For companies, he serves as a strategic advisor and reviewer and is actively involved in the training and development of professionals and executives, particularly in areas such as valuation, M&A, management control, transformation, performance measurement, and cost management.
