Prof. Dr. Martin Artz is director of the Institute for Management Accounting and Control at the University of Münster, Germany. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and as a regular Visiting Professor at the University of Bern.
His research focuses on the areas of target setting & budgeting, performance measurement, and incentives for strategy implementation and corporate transformation. His research has been published in the most prestigious international business journals worldwide.
In addition, he is regularly engaged as an advisor for companies and is involved in executive education for top managers, particularly in the areas of strategy implementation, organizational transformation, and data-driven performance measurement.
