Ralf Kindermann

Background

Ralf Kindermann is the founder and CEO of KINDERMANN Value Creation, an owner managed strategy consulting boutique, supporting founders, family offices and private equity funds in growth, restructuring and sales processes.

Ralf has held top management positions as a Board Member and Managing Director in companies in the cycling, outdoor, and sporting goods industry for more than 25 years. Prior to founding KINDERMANN, he was, among others, the CEO at RECARO Child Safety GmbH, COO at Internetstores GmbH (fahrrad.de) and CEO at Traffic GmbH.

He is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board at several businesses such as BIKE 24, Simplon Fahrrad GmbH and Mediashop Holding GmbH.
