Thomas Gerstner

Thomas is a seasoned executive in the SaaS & enterprise business application industry, who has driven profitable growth, business expansion, and organizational transformations in blue-chip companies and scale-ups such as SAP Inc., Phenom, and Pathlock.

During his more than 25 years of experience, he has held operational roles along the software lifecycle in Consulting, Pre-sales, Sales & Sales Management, Customer Success and Operations, as well as senior management positions including Managing Director and General Manager.

Thomas has worked with multicultural teams around the world and has lived in four countries across Europe and Asia. Having an operations’ mindset, he is passionate about guiding teams to identify and execute value creation initiatives, leading to outperformance and to scale quickly.

Founding Gerstner Advisory in 2019, Thomas is an advisor to private equity, CEOs, and the management teams of B2B SaaS companies. He holds advisory board positions in fast-growing SaaS- and IT Professional Service companies in Europe and Asia.
