Walter Geiger

Walter Geiger is a global business leader and entrepreneurial brand builder with over 30 years of international experience in the FMCG and Private Equity industries. As a senior business leader, he has served as President/Managing Director for Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Galderma, where he led small and large P&Ls across North America, Asia, and Europe. Geiger has lived and worked in seven of the world's top economies, including both developed and emerging markets, gaining extensive end-to-end operating experience in go-to-market strategies, brand building, innovation, and supply chain management to drive growth and productivity.

In Private Equity and M&A, Geiger played a key role in transforming Galderma's Consumer Business under new EQT Private Equity ownership and was a member of Galderma’s Leadership and IPO Team. Currently, he is Chairman of the Board for the private equity-owned skincare company Cellese. Previously, he served as a strategic advisor for Carlyle, General Atlantic, and Wind Point Partners on various FMCG deals and championed acquisition projects, including Johnson & Johnson's and Galderma's ALASTIN Skincare purchase.
