Cezary Kasprzyk

Background

Cezary Kasprzyk is Vice President Experience Design at OMMAX.

His mission is to challenge the status quo and to enable individuals and teams alike, to create the best digital products possible. He deeply believes in servant leadership, people enablement and strong client relationships.

Cezary started his career at an advertising company designing ideas and campaigns for major brands throughout the industry. As he preferred to combine his love for design with his development skills, he started his own company which specialized on websites and applications for SMEs.

More recently he acted as team lead and Creative Director at Plan.Net, specializing on eCRM, personalization and automation before coming on board as Director Product Design and Client Lead at SinnerSchrader (Part of Accenture Interactive).
