He started his 5 years consulting career at the marketing and sales consultancy Batten & Company in Munich and has demonstrated his skills across the planning, management, and implementation of projects in the field of digital transformation. Having worked across different industries such as finance, software, technology, automotive and consumer goods, he has been developing digital business models and marketing strategies. As a certified Product Owner and Scrum Master, he is a passionate advocate of agile approaches and has successfully steered the implementation and support of IT and transformation projects.
Lorenz holds a degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim, ESC Montpellier and LMU in Munich.
