Pia is Head of Digital Acquisition and consults businesses on cross channel digital marketing strategies. She develops digital customer journeys and maps holistic strategies in order to drive brand recognition and sales.
In her career Pia has specialized in developing data driven approaches for the B2B sector based on persona and touchpoint analysis. Examples of her recent client work include developing a go to market strategy for a software company in the US. She has also helped a global logistics company to establish a strong digital brand and drive leads and scaled the recruiting activities of a global tech player. Prior to OMMAX, she worked at a worldwide leading e-commerce company, developing holistic online marketing strategies gaining knowledge in the international FMCG and luxury beauty business at L’Oréal and Estée Lauder.
She holds a M.Sc. in Marketing Management from ESADE Business School and a B.Sc. in International Management from Maastricht University.
