Toni Stork is the CEO and a partner at OMMAX and advises international firms on innovating new digital strategies and business models to thrive in the digital age. Within OMMAX, Toni’s focus is on the overall development and strategy of OMMAX & Finance. Externally, his main branches include B2B services, travel, software, e-commerce, and logistics. Additionally, he leads digital due diligence and digital turnaround projects for private equity, venture capital funds, corporate investors, and their portfolio companies. He is recognized amongst the top digital experts in Germany as a pioneer for digital value creation with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and data.
Toni has realized over 500 digital projects in digital strategies, digital operational excellence, data science, and transaction advisory services throughout his 15-year career. He advises international firms on how to innovate new digital strategies and business models. Together with his team, Toni supports companies to implement and drive changes to thrive in the digital age. Furthermore, he has spoken at many conferences and trade fairs. At these events, he has shared his experiences in the successful development of digital business models as a strategically thinking practitioner and pioneer of the digital consulting age. Before the founding of OMMAX, Toni has worked for the internationally operating incubator company Rocket Internet. As a business developer, he was responsible for the development of digital companies.
Toni graduated from the University of Mannheim with a Master of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation.
