CRM & Marketing Automation Intern (m/f/d)

What we look for:
  • Conceptualize and implement, in cooperation with our CRM Consultant, CRM campaigns alongside the customer journey and tailor them to the target group 
  • Assist in continuous improvement of CRM campaigns by tracking KPIs and deriving action points
  • Accompany the end-to-end implementation process (project planning, implementation, training and maintenance) of CRM software solutions at client's side and be responsible for the process documentation
  • Support driving forward clients marketing automation and marketing cloud solution
  • Work closely together with our CRM and marketing automation experts to identify new opportunities for further growth
What we require:
  • Preferred studies: business, media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline with outstanding academic grades 
  • First experience with CRM, marketing automation or digital marketing is a plus
  • You take responsibility for your work and for your growth – eager to take on new challenging tasks and to develop yourself new with each day at OMMAX
  • Structured, proactive and data-driven approach, combined with a high degree of self-motivation
  • Fluent in English and German
