What we look for:

Digital Transaction Advisory

  • Analyze (digital) business models for notable Private Equity clients in an international context
  • Support in developing commercial/digital/technical due diligence reports for both buy- and sell-side
  • Support in developing an equity story and (digital) value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of our clients
  • Align and manage project requests and analyses closely with our internal expert teams
  • Prepare presentations for client projects and business development purposes

Digital Strategy

  • Analyze digital customer acquisition channels, technical and structural set-up, customer journey and retention strategy
  • Support in developing digital go-to-market and/or transformation strategies
  • Align and manage project requests and analyses closely with our internal expert teams
  • Identify client consulting needs, structure the problem and independently develop solutions
  • Prepare presentations for client projects and business development purposes
  • Take part in and lead activities such as workshops, meetings, research, stakeholder engagement for both client and internal projects
What we require:
  • University degree in business, economics, computer sciences or a related discipline with outstanding academic grades (Master degree or MBA is of advantage)
  • Master degree (junior role) or at least 2 years (senior role) of relevant experience with focus on (digital) strategy, transaction advisory or digital marketing is a plus
  • High analytical ability and technology affinity, yet creative
  • Service oriented and communicative team player with passion for work
  • Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent English and German
