Director Digital Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for:
  • You take responsibility for strategic projects and clients in an international context.
  • You lead project teams and coordinate with external stakeholders.
  • You create written communication for clients that are impactful and meaningful in a variety of media including reports and slide packs.
  • You lead the organization of activities such as workshops, meetings, research, stakeholder engagement, business analyses, technical analyses, and solution design as part of both client projects and internal projects.
  • You conduct research into new topics that are of interest to our clients.
  • You run workshops with clients supporting them in content questions.
  • You supervise and develop your team and support recruiting activities for new and high-potential strategy managers.
What we require:
  • You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, economics, computer sciences, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA are a plus).
  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a digital marketing environment with a focus on (digital) strategy, transaction advisory, or digital marketing – additional experience is a plus.
  • You demonstrate proven high analytical ability and a strong affinity for technologies combined with a creative mind.
  • You exhibit outstanding team coordination and team leading skills.
  • You showcase very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for work.
  • You display distinct customer orientation and possess the ability to mediate between the client and the company.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in written short copy.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
