What we require:
  • Proactive,¬†highly¬†analytical, yet¬†entrepreneurial¬†and creative¬†mindset, adept at using data to inform strategic decision¬†making¬†
  • Master‚Äôs degree in a relevant field (MBA is of advantage)
  • Proven track record of at least 6 years in ESG consulting, sustainable finance, corporate sustainability, or related fields
  • Possess strong knowledge and experience in sustainability consulting, backed by a proven¬†track record¬†of successful¬†projects¬†
  • Deep knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., ESRS, CSRD) and emerging trends in sustainable business practices¬†¬†
  • Service oriented and communicative team player with passion for work¬†
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment¬†
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written in English and preferably also in German) and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex ESG concepts to diverse audiences¬†
