Procurement Manager (m/f/d)

What we look for:
  • Analyze the client’s software portfolio and the software procurement market with regard to the previously recorded client requirements
  • Identify potential (new) software suppliers that match our client’s needs
  • Implement and optimize the software procurement processes of our national and international clients
  • Develop recommendations for future procurement with the goal of activating cost reduction and cost avoidance
  • Developnand conduct negotiation strategies as well as the design and conclusion of contracts
  • Responsibility for the reporting of all procurement processes
  • Create and execute of internal and external trainings and workshops
  • Close alignment with the management, department leads and the strategy units
What we require:
  • University degree with excellent academic achievements (Master’s Degree is of advantage)
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the area of procurement, preferably in the consulting industry
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Service and customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills
  • Excellent Excel and PPT skills
  • Good time management and reliable working method as well as ability to keep absolute confidentiality
  • Fluent in German and English
