Recruiter / Active Sourcer (m/f/d)

What we look for:
  • Conduct direct approaches of potentially suitable candidates for all business units at OMMAX via LinkedIn.
  • Be responsible for the complete active sourcing of OMMAX
  • Conduct initial telephone interviews with interested candidates
  • Apply proactively various target group specific recruiting strategies
  • Support and create various reports and statistics as a basis for decision-making
  • Be responsible for the continuous development of the active sourcing area at OMMAX
  • Maintain close contact with our specialist departments and the HR team
  • Support various HR projects
What we require:
  • At least completed apprenticeship in the business field (HR experience is an advantage)
  • Completed studies in the field of economics, psychology, law, human resources management or comparable field of study is a plus
  • First experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and corresponding sourcing techniques
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Structured, proactive and data-driven way of working, combined with a high level of self-motivation
  • Absolute team player with hands-on mentality, coupled with strong assertiveness and interest in digitalization
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and confidentially
  • Fluent in German and English
