What we look for:

• You support in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. 
• You create and manage engaging content and campaigns for various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and support with community management.
• You analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies. 
• You coordinate marketing efforts with other departments and external partners, including support on budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking. 
• You support in the production of marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blog articles, email marketing, etc. 
• You support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars and manage press conferences, media events, and interviews.
• You conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies. 
• You build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, influencers and PR agencies to boost brand awareness and enhance the company’s image and reputation.

What we require:

• You hold a university degree with excellent results in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business or a related field. 
• You bring 2-4 years of experience in social media, marketing and PR, content marketing or a related field, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• You have a creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and original content. 
• You have an analytical skillset to interpret social media and PR metrics and translate them into actionable strategies. 
• Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Adwords, Google Analytics) as well as photography and video skills are a plus. 
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work.
• You are fluent in English and German.
