What we look for:

• Implement Google Ads campaigns for national and international clients, with a specific focus on Pay Per Click (PPC) / Google AdWords
• Conduct data-driven analyses of Google Accounts on a daily basis, develop industry benchmarks and identify initiatives for improvement
• Manage mid to high tier advertising budgets
• Offer valuable insights and best practices in Google Ads and Search Engine Acquisition (SEA) to consistently generate real results
• Display agile thinking by effortlessly transitioning between various clients, industries, accounts, and business models
• Create and provide training documentation for fellow team members, actively supporting their professional growth
• Establish strong relationships with other department stakeholders at OMMAX to positively influence overall project dynamics

What we require:

• A university degree in business, media, marketing, communications or a related discipline, with exceptional academic grades
• At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce, with a focus on PPC and Google Shopping (Display, YouTube and Pmax is a plus)
• Proven track record of optimizing B2B Google Ads campaigns for leading companies 
• Completed certifications in Google Ads (ideal but not essential)
• Previous experience in an agency/consultancy setting, handling multiple clients or companies
• Highly motivated to keep up-to-date with the latest changes in Google GA4 and Google Ads accounts
• Confident appearance and strong presentation skills towards internal and external contacts of different disciplines
• Strong analytical mindset and technical ability, yet creative
• Service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for work
• Fluent in English (and German for the Munich office)
