(Senior) HubSpot Consultant (m/w/d)

What we look for:
  • As the driving force behind our HubSpot instance, with a focus on Marketing/Sales Hub as well as CRM, your responsibilities will include strategic planning, implementation, and helping our clients grow their business
  • Together with our team of HubSpot experts and/or other members of the OMMAX team, you will analyze and elaborate on client requirements to identify the most appropriate business solutions
  • Create and develop customized marketing and sales campaigns that are closely tailored to our clients' specific audiences using workflows, emails, and automations in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with organizational goals and strategies
  • Promoting effective communication between project teams and senior management and sharing project-related information, reports, and updates
  • Sharing own valuable knowledge by conducting external as well as internal workshops and pitches and mentoring and guiding junior consultants
What we require:
  • Completed university studies in the fields of business, media, marketing, communications or a related field with excellent academic results (Master's degree or MBA an advantage)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the HubSpot field for the senior role
  • Responsibility for work and own growth - willingness to take on new projects and grow with each day at OMMAX
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality as well as a structured, proactive and data-driven approach
  • Fluent in English - German language skills are an additional advantage
