Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant (formerly Pardot)
What we look for:
- You are responsible for the end-to-end implementation process in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including planning, implementation and empowerment for our clients
- Develop and implement target group specific and data driven CRM marketing campaigns along the customer journey in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and work closely with other OMMAX experts
- You create lead nurturing & lead scoring concepts as well as loyalty programs & retention strategies for various clients
- Drive marketing automation for our international and national clients
What we require:
- Completed university degree in business, media, marketing, communications, or related discipline with excellent academic grades (Master's degree or MBA a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)
- Salesforce Pardot certification is a plus
- Responsibility for work and own growth as well as willingness to take on new projects and grow with each day at OMMAX
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and a structured, proactive and data driven approach
- Occasional business travel and attendance at external events (e.g., Salesforce events)
- Fluent in German and English
