Staffing Manager (m/f/d)

What we look for:
  • You take responsibility for staffing new projects based on available resources, competencies, and individual staffing needs, considering the personal development of the entire OMMAX team and customer requirements.
  • You manage internal and external stakeholders using tools to ensure transparency for department heads, project managers, and key decision-makers within OMMAX.
  • You organize optimized project teams with a focus on quality and cost efficiency by matching desired requirements with the individual skills of our team.
  • You work closely with other OMMAX teams, especially practice group leaders and managing partners, as well as our People & Culture and Finance teams.
  • You closely align with our recruiting initiatives to ensure the strategic hiring of new colleagues.
  • You identify and manage the availability and utilization of various talent pools and advise our consultants on all staffing matters.
  • You are responsible for unified processes and procedures as well as the continuous strategic and operational development of the area.
What we require:
  • You have a university degree with outstanding achievements (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in project staffing.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as high integrity.
  • You have very good time management skills and are characterized by a reliable working style.
  • You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work.
  • You are fluent in English and ideally have German skills, especially for the Munich location.
