Tech Strategy Intern (m/f/d)

What we look for:
  • You will work closely with a team of experienced advisors to provide strategic consulting and technical expertise to clients during a merger or acquisition
  • Take responsibility from the beginning in challenging and exciting projects for international clients in various industries
  • Conduct due diligences, develop integration and value creation plans and assess the impact of technology on deals
  • Learn about different industries and business models and further develop your technical and analytical skills
What we require:
  • Enrollment in a university degree program in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language is a plus
  • Interest in technology and business strategy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Fluent in English
