Vice President Paid Marketing (m/f/d)

What we look for:
  • You take on the strategic leadership and development of the Digital Marketing Team with a focus on paid marketing, including SEA, paid social, display, programmatic advertising, performance marketing, etc. 
  • You carry overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, successful project execution, profitability, and highest customer satisfaction within the Digital Marketing Team. 
  • You are responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of projects, defining the appropriate strategy together with the client, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of client projects. 
  • You continuously develop and expand the range of digital acquisition and strategy consulting services, such as MarTech and marketing strategy or marketing channel mix strategy. 
  • You drive the further expansion of internal know-how (thought leadership) as well as the development of external partnerships. 
  • You take on the strategic management of clients and projects in the digital acquisition area by providing strategic impulses, coaching consultants, and ensuring the highest quality standards. 
  • You establish and optimize process standards and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or new solutions. 
  • You play a leading role in sales and pitching activities, developing innovative services based on current trends and industry developments. 
  • You work closely with the OMMAX leadership team across all departments. 
  • You represent OMMAX and the Digital Marketing Team at events, trade shows, and universities. 
  • You drive recruitment activities for the Digital Marketing Team together with the People & Culture Team.
What we require:
  • You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 
  • You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the digital field as a marketing specialist both at a strategic and operational level, ideally in an agency or consulting environment. 
  • You have expert knowledge and a deep understanding of the MarTech landscape, as well as the latest tools and current trends in digital marketing, including the processes and channel-specific requirements such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. 
  • You have proven technical expertise and a data-driven approach to marketing activities, as well as a good understanding of data protection regulations, including third-party cookies. 
  • You have proven experience and excellent skills in leading and coordinating multiple teams and projects. 
  • You have an excellent understanding of the relevance and impact of marketing analytics, tracking, and customer journey on marketing performance. 
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured and results-oriented manner. 
  • You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work. 
  • You are fluent in English and German (if based in Munich).
