Munich, 12.06.2019 – Last week a delegation of 15 representatives from the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce, situated in Tallinn, Estonia, travelled to Germany and visited OMMAX’ headquarter in Munich. The participants of the delegation completed a one-year program on digital transformation and met our team in order to exchange experiences and best practices in the field of digital business.
During their three-days-stay they visited German institutions and companies that are known to be digital pioneers and for driving digital transformation. Amongst OMMAX the delegation met partners like Siemens Digital Factory, BMW, Siemens or the Institute for social scientific research.
At OMMAX the delegation met with Partner Dr. Stefan Sambol for a presentation on the OMMAX way of digital transformation followed by a lively discussion on the state of the art of digital marketing and skills needed in today's digital labour market.
Core topics of the discussion where:
- What is a significant definition of digital transformation?
- Why do 80 percent of all digital transformation projects have a high risk of failing?
- What organizational requirements are needed in order to reduce this risk?

- How can you measure customer sentiment in digital channels to identify trends and test new digital products?
