    Munich, July 1st, 2022 - OMMAX – Europe's leading digital consultancy supporting investment firms, mid-market companies and large cooperations, has announced the opening of a new office in London as part of its continued strategic growth trajectory.

    Founded in 2011, OMMAX has delivered digital strategy & execution of 800+ digital projects across Europe and the UK. OMMAX delivers tailored digital strategy advisory and implementation for private equity firms and high-growth enterprises across a range of 8 industries. This approach, underpinned by its digitally native ethos, has enabled the business to achieve 15x growth over the past six years. As well as launching their first international office in London, OMMAX celebrates the establishment of a new headquarters in Munich.

    After the extremely successful last two years, our goal for 2022 was to further boost both the growth and the internationalization of OMMAX. With our new headquarters in Munich and the completely new location in London, we are a big step closer to fulfilling this goal. Now is exactly the right time to consolidate our presence in the UK, capitalize on the wealth of talent available here and further expand our offering. For our international customers, this means that we can support them even more closely than before and thus develop European SMEs into world leaders.

    London: An Important Milestone for International Growth

    OMMAX Cements Its Presence in the UK Market

    OMMAX has served the UK market for seven years, developing a large client base among leading UK companies and the UK offices of Europe’s leading investment firms and brands (including CVC, Lipton, KKR, RAC, Reebok, Silverlogic, Triton, Kids Planet and McKesson and Waterlogic), through their transaction and digital advisory services.

    The opening of a new office in London presents a decisive next step in its growth journey, thanks in large part to OMMAX’s strategic advisory services which combine data-driven bespoke digital strategies with seamless end-to-end digital services for clients in industries such as B2B technology and e-commerce.

    OMMAX serves international clients from more than 50 countries, and the centrally located London branch near Victoria Station is anticipated to further drive international expansion.

     

    The Munich Headquarters Becomes More Modern and Sustainable

    The OMMAX headquarters will remain in Munich, as the founding location and home of the internationally active digital consultancy. The new premises at Kaulbachstrasse 4 (near English Garden) in the heart of Munich offer around 1,700 square metres of office space. OMMAX is comprehensively modernising the property, which is owned by ADAC and was brokered by Colliers, and will move into it as sole tenant as planned at the end of 2022.

    "Our new campus in Munich will enable concentrated work as well as a constant exchange of ideas and take into account the contemporary, hybrid working world. Currently, we are modernising the entire building and adapting all premises according to our needs and values. The focus for the conversion and our new headquarters is primarily on environmental sustainability, such as floors specially produced in Germany, lots of wood and extensive interior greening," continues Dr. Stefan Sambol. "In turn, our London location brings our expertise and holistic digitization services even closer to our global customers and partners, while creating new perspectives and opportunities for our great employees."
