In the digital vendor due diligence, OMMAX examined the company’s digital performance, evaluating dimensions like digital market dynamics, customer economics (CLR, CAC, CLV), competitive environment, and the company’s growth potential.
The evaluation also included the impact of COVID-19.

The Hamburg-based A-Z GartenHaus GmbH was founded in 2002 and currently employs 75 people. With one million users per month, GartenHaus GmbH is the market leader in the specialist trade for large garden and house products in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
The specialist offers price comparison and ordering facilities for over 30,000 products and services from 100 producers in four country shops. With its own brands Alpholz, CARLSSON, FinnTherm and Terrando, GartenHaus GmbH offers the largest range of products in Europe. The product range includes garden houses, saunas, terraces, carports, children's play equipment, fences, garden furniture and much more. All products are delivered to the curb. On request, the entire customer project is taken care of, from consultation and building permit, foundation and construction to maintenance and care of the products. The extensive range of services includes special models and product configurators, with which customers can plan their products individually.
