Bibliotheca plans to utilize the refinancing with Apera to further expand its product portfolio and service offering for strong future growth and market reach.

OMMAX advised Bibliotheca with a commercial due diligence analyzing market dynamics, competitive landscape, customer economics, the company’s technology infrastructure and its business growth potential; all of which were benchmarked against major competitors.

It was a pleasure to work with the management of Bibliotheca together on this successful refinancing round. Digital transformation is accelerating strongly in the global library market and Bibliotheca is well positioned to advance this development!
