With the acquisition of INSIGHT Health, CompuGroup Medical is accelerating its business in data-driven solutions, which is already one of the company's fastest growing businesses.

OMMAX advised CompuGroup Medical with a tech due diligence evaluating the technology landscape of INSIGHT Health with a focus on Information Security and IT Infrastructure.

Antitrust approval is still pending and the transaction is expected to close during the next months.
