OMMAX – Digital Solutions advised ARCUS Capital within this transaction on a deeply data-driven digital due diligence project on all relevant information of the digital performance, the digital market, and competitive landscape as well as the potential of the digital channels.

Munich, 06.05.2019

ARCUS Capital AG has announced the acquisition of the majority shares of sendmoments, one of the German market leaders for online invitation cards and other web-to-print products, as part of a successful takeover agreement. OMMAX – Digital Solutions advised ARCUS Capital within this transaction on a deeply data-driven digital due diligence project on all relevant information of the digital performance, the digital market, and competitive landscape as well as the potential of the digital channels.

This included e.g. the identification of digital growth and potential growth drivers, market analysis, the evaluation of the digital value chain, and the analysis of customer cohorts. By assessing the digital business model and future market trends, OMMAX could advise ARCUS on future organic and non-organic growth potential and the overall business case.
