fitvia has a new strategic partner: Munich-based Dermapharm AG, the leading manufacturer of patent-free branded pharmaceuticals in Germany, acquired 70% of the fitvia shares. OMMAX acted as an exclusive commercial digital vendor due diligence advisor for fitvia.

fitvia has a new strategic partner: Munich-based Dermapharm AG, the leading manufacturer of patent-free branded pharmaceuticals in Germany, acquired 70% of the fitvia shares. fitvia distributes healthy foods and supplements through their online shop. The product range includes tea, muesli and additional weight control, wellness and beauty goods.

OMMAX acted as an exclusive commercial-, digital vendor due diligence advisor for fitvia. This is the OMMAX team’s third cooperation with Carlsquare within 18 months after the Styleboom (www.77onlineshop.de) and Bogensportwelt (www.bogensportwelt.de) transactions. These successful deals confirm that OMMAX possesses a leading position as a commercial digital due diligence advisor in the field of e-commerce.
