fitvia has a new strategic partner: Munich-based Dermapharm AG, the leading manufacturer of patent-free branded pharmaceuticals in Germany, acquired 70% of the fitvia shares. fitvia distributes healthy foods and supplements through their online shop. The product range includes tea, muesli and additional weight control, wellness and beauty goods.

This is the OMMAX team’s third cooperation with Carlsquare within 18 months after the Styleboom (www.77onlineshop.de) and Bogensportwelt (www.bogensportwelt.de) transactions.
