OMMAX has gained valuable insights in the travel market in a wide variety of digital projects with tourism companies. OMMAX CEO Toni Stork will share his in-depth experience at the ITB in Berlin where he will deliver a speech.

Toni Stork will talk about the travel trends in 2020 followed by a data-driven analysis of questions such as: Who is the right target group for these trends? Which products and services do customers look for? And which type of advertising will be most effective?

Many players in the travel market would rely on surveys and studies when looking for answers. As will be shown, data is a much better source. Since travelers themselves provide a sheer endless number of comments, reviews and social media posts, the answers do already exist. And more specific and useful information can be filtered out of it than surveys can ever find. Analyzing digital data is an extremely fast, flexible and exact way to find out about customers' wishes and expectations - and a powerful solution to make the right strategic decisions.
