Pfleiderer Teams up With OMMAX to Accelerate Digital Transformation

Pfleiderer, a strong partner for high-quality wood-based panels, with outstanding decorative surface expertise, customer-focused service and a consistent orientation towards sustainability, teams up with OMMAX to develop a social media strategy, execute ongoing orchestration of digital channels and implement dynamic reporting dashboards to generate actionable and data-driven insights.

Pfleiderer offers a wide range of products and services with a focus on furniture making, the timber trade, interior fitout as well as timber construction. Pfleiderer and OMMAX are building on this great foundation by boosting digital visibility and awareness. Wood is a renewable resource in high demand for a lot of sectors which makes it attractive for Pfleiderer to further scale their efforts and to invest in digital value creation. Digital innovations that have already been launched successfully by Pfleiderer include digital services such as the WorkApp, the Moodboard Tool or the Room Designer.

In this project, OMMAX will develop a strategy for organic and paid channels, perform ongoing social media management and implement dynamic reporting dashboards. Furthermore, the experts at OMMAX will conduct an extensive audit with precise recommendations for action to boost Pfleiderer’s organic performance.
