Which aspects can a seller prepare, in the long term, to positively influence the transaction?

 

1. Get Your Data Right

High data quality on ERP, CRM, Marketing, Accounting and visualization of key KPIs (financially, commercially and digital).

 

2. Customer Stickiness

High retention rates and high share of book-in revenues (including an outlook on future revenues (KPI based, i.e. CLV perspective).

 

3. IT Scalability and Security

As investors are increasingly focusing on the scalability of the technical infrastructure, this is where action is needed! This must be addressed strategically and can be examined as part of an exit readiness program.
