Selected Deals & Projects Recap 2021

#Announcement

2021 was a record year for OMMAX in many aspects. We advised in 50+ transaction projects with many >1bn€ deal value focusing on commercial, digital, tech/product and data due diligence for both sell-side and buy-side mandates. Among others, successful deals included the sale of Just Spices GmbH to The Kraft Heinz Company as well as acquisitions of Bikeleasing-Service GmbH & Co. KG by Brockhaus Technologies AG and RAC by Silver Lake.

 

By assessing the value creation potential during the due diligence phase, we are building the strategic foundation (digital equity story) for our many execution projects during the investor’s holding period. In 2021 alone, we delivered 100+ implementation projects for leading European investors by optimizing digital traffic acquisition and multi-channel customer journeys incl. CRM. We built digital services, products, new data assets and scalable IT platforms and organizations. Thereby, we generated significant growth in revenue and EBITDA that increased the enterprise value of our clients.

Also, we welcomed 10+ new leading investors and private equity firms to our client portfolio including Apax Partners sas, Argos Wityu, Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA), Core Equity Holdings, Crédit Mutuel, EMH Partners, EQT Group, KKR & Co. Inc., Rigeto Unternehmerkapital, Silver Lake and VR Equitypartner GmbH.
