Dr. Joerg Storm

Joerg has been working for Mercedes-Benz for 20+ years in various positions (Sales, Strategy, Audit, IT) and international assignments (Japan, USA, China). He is currently the Global Head IT Infrastructure at Mercedes Benz Mobility, a legal entity of Mercedes-Benz.

Before this position, he spent 5 years in China as CIO of Mercedes-Benz China Aftersales Passenger Cars and Trucks as well as CIO of Mercedes Benz Taiwan and Hong Kong. In this position, he was in charge of the Development and Operation of local/global Sales & Aftersales Applications as well as leading all IT Innovations at Mercedes-Benz China. Additionally, Joerg is active on LinkedIn with ~600K Followers and is rated as Germany's top LinkedIn Tech Influencer. He is the publisher of a weekly AI Newsletter with over 25K subscribers.

Joerg holds a Bachelor's & Master's degree, as well as a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Cracow, Poland. Joerg is based at the Mercedes-Benz Headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany.
