Our 2024 Healthcare Summit, which took place on October 17th, provided a platform for focus sessions, an expert panel, and networking opportunities focused on the integration of AI and cybersecurity in healthcare. Transforming Businesses with Data & AI for Portfolio Companies
During our Transforming Businesses with Data & AI for Portfolio Companies co-hosted with AWS, we provided a platform for keynotes, dedicated networking sessions, and an expert panel around the transformative potential of AI. Although widely discussed, only a small fraction of European companies are actively deploying AI solutions. Especially given that Exit Readiness remains a high priority for Private Equity companies, every business must have a "data and AI" story to tell, with proof points through pilots and attractive use cases.
The event, which took place on September 18th, 2024, gathered 50+ tech, digital, AI, and Private Equity experts at our Munich Headquarters for inspiring conversations and networking sessions. During our Tech Talks: The Art of Cybersecurity, we provided a platform for dedicated networking sessions and an expert panel exploring topics such as the current cyber landscape, cybersecurity trends and best practices, the role of cyber due diligence in tech investments, and the impact of AI in cybersecurity. Women in Finance 2024
Since OMMAX was founded in 2011, we have worked closely with M&A advisors, investment banks, private equities, and their portfolio companies. Recognizing the male dominance in the sector, we saw a clear need to establish a stronger Women in Finance Network, launching our first networking event in 2023.
We currently have Germany's largest Women in Finance network, with over 700 contacts from Europe's top PEs, M&A, and investment banks. Our 2024 event, co-hosted with Hg Capital at our Munich headquarters on June 13th, 2024, provided a platform for 70+ women to empower each other, share experiences, and support one another in their career journeys.

New Year's Party 2024
Despite 2023 having been a challenging year for the industry, we achieved +15% growth and partnered with an additional +100 new companies that decided to trust OMMAX in accelerating their digital, tech, and data transformation. During our New Year's Party 2024, we celebrated the new year, which opened with the strongest January in OMMAX history, as well as joint successes with our clients.
We also celebrated 2023 highlights, such as growing our London team to 20 members, including our new Partner Sinan Erhan, and starting 6 transformation projects in the US, supporting global brands from B2B and B2C in boosting topline growth and efficiency.

In May 2023, we welcomed >80 representatives from forward-thinking and leading logistics companies to a networking event at our beautiful headquarters in Munich. During the event, we discussed pressing issues such as decarbonization, green tech, and the effect of future developments of AI and IoT on the supply chain and logistics industry.

Together with our co-host STIFEL, we brought together >170 Executives, leading Private Equity Funds, and 20+ leading Growth Equity/Private Equity stage companies in London for our AI EVERYWHERE Event.
The event provided a unique platform for deep tech companies at the forefront of enabling technologies and enterprise software companies leveraging AI/Machine Learning (ML) in their offerings to come together and explore the vast potential of AI across various industries.

Office Opening Party
In February 2023, we celebrated our digital success story together with our amazing clients, many of whom have helped us build OMMAX as a company and a brand over the last 11 years. Together, we wrote countless digital success stories, and are proud to manage more than 1500 projects! It was a great honor to host many clients and guests at our new office in the heart of Munich, where sustainability meets innovation.
Despite the uncertain economic outlook for 2023, we tracked our best January in OMMAX history, which would not have been possible without our great clients and highly committed team. This is just one step in our growth story and in our vision to build the digital leaders of tomorrow!
In addition to celebrating our new office and success, our opening party was also an excellent opportunity to showcase the latest innovations of selected clients, many of whom are long-term clients that we are delighted to support with strategy, execution, and value-creation work to become digital leaders in their industry.
