First interview

Are you a good fit?
In a virtual meeting with the HR team we will get to know you and you will get to know us as a company. We will test your soft skills and ask basic questions to get to find out more about you in an open conversation.

Second interview

Do you have the right skillset for the job?
On the second interview we will give you the chance to present a case study to an expert. We will ask certain technical questions and test your hard skills.

Decision

We will inform you via a personal call regarding our decision. The candidates will receive a notification from OMMAX within a few days. It all goes very quickly!
