Christian Riede

Background 

Christian Riede is VP Tech Strategy at OMMAX. His core expertise is CIO/COO advisory at the intersection of technology, business, strategy, and operations. Especially in relation to the definition and implementation of tech-enabled growth & efficiency strategies and the management of cross-functional teams (finance, tech, marketing, ops).

He focuses primarily on clients in the transportation & logistics, energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing sector.

Prior to joining OMMAX, Christian worked as Senior Manager for Deloitte Consulting, as Senior Director IT for Bombardier Transportation, as Senior Manager for KPMG Consulting in Canada and Germany, and as interim manager for various corporates and start-ups.

Christian holds a Dipl.—Ing. in Industrial Engineering & Management with a focus on Information Systems, Financial Management, and Environmental & Resource Economics from Technical University of Berlin.
