Philipp Ortlieb is Partner and Chief People Officer at OMMAX, focusing on increasing the ROI and EBITDA for OMMAX clientele through top talent recruiting and data-driven HR management.
Overseeing the company’s digital and data-driven internal processes, he ensures OMMAX continues to grow by recruiting top talent from the business, technology, and data science fields worldwide. Through the conduct and optimization of over 500 interview processes and 100 settings, his efforts have resulted in the successful digitalization of internal processes and procedures.
Before OMMAX, Philipp worked at Vodafone GmbH, leading a team of 13 employees developing digital customer service in the B2B sector. With his team, he managed to increase the company’s B2B online share by more than 10 percent year-over-year (YOY).
Philipp holds an M.Sc. in International Management from Bocconi University Milan, Italy, and a B.Sc. from LMU Munich. Internationally, he studied at the University of Castilla La Mancha in Spain, and at GSOM School of Management in St. Petersburg, Russia. He is also a graduate of the CEMS program (Global Alliance in Management Education).
