What we look for:

• You assist in developing commercial/digital/technical due diligence reports for both buy- and sell-side transactions.
• You conduct (digital) business models analyses for leading private equity clients in an international context.
• You support in developing an equity story and (digital) value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of our private equity clients.
• You prepare presentations for client projects and business development purposes.
• You align and manage project requests and analyses in close cooperation with our internal expert teams.

• You analyze digital customer acquisition channels, technical and structural set-ups, customer journeys, and retention strategies.
• You support in developing digital go-to-market and/or transformation strategies.
• You identify client consulting needs, structure the problem, and develop solutions independently.
• You prepare presentations for client projects and business development purposes.
• You align and manage project requests and analyses closely with our internal expert teams.
• You take part in and lead activities such as workshops, meetings, research, and stakeholder engagement for both client and internal projects.

What we require:

• You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, economics, computer science or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA an advantage). 
• You have a Master's degree (junior role) or at least 2 years (senior role) of relevant work experience with a focus on (digital) strategy, transaction advisory or digital marketing - additional qualifications are a plus. 
• You possess strong analytical skills and a strong affinity for technology, combined with a creative mind. 
• You demonstrate very good Excel and PowerPoint skills. 
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work. 
• You are fluent in English and German.
