Intern / Working Student HR (m/f/d)

What we look for:
  • You support our People & Culture team in all topics along the employee life cycle.
  • You gain insights into the areas of onboarding, employer branding, university marketing, training & development, etc., and take advantage of the opportunity to contribute your ideas and pursue your own projects.
  • You take responsibility in recruiting for identifying and approaching potential candidates (e.g., on LinkedIn).
  • You support in day-to-day business (e.g., organizing trainings, technical onboarding of employees, etc.), as well as in the implementation of strategic HR projects. 
What we require:
  • You are currently studying psychology, economics, business psychology, or a related discipline and you have excellent grades (Master's degree is a plus).
  • You show a strong interest in people topics and have gained first experiences in the HR field (e.g., during an internship). 
  • You demonstrate a quick comprehension and a reliable and precise way of working.  
  • You possess precise and structured communication skills.  
  • You are able to work in a team, have a strong service-oriented mindset, and are aware of the need for discretion in the HR team.
  • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team in an international environment.   
  • You speak fluently English and German.
